This HP ProBook is a refurbished 14-inch laptop with a 7th generation Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is a straightforward, practical specification for web browsing, email, documents, video calls and day-to-day home, study or office tasks. The Full HD 1920 x 1080 display gives more working space than lower-resolution screens, which is useful when viewing documents, websites and spreadsheets side by side.

Windows 11 Pro has been installed, so the laptop is prepared for setup by its next owner. The combination of 8GB memory and 256GB storage gives room for everyday applications and personal files, while Intel HD 620 Graphics handles display output and light visual workloads without the need for a separate graphics card. This is a sensible choice for someone who wants a compact Windows laptop for routine computing rather than specialist graphics-heavy work.

Detailed Description

The 7th generation Intel Core i5 processor is suited to the everyday tasks that make up most laptop use: working in documents, researching online, managing email, joining video calls and streaming media. It provides the platform needed for a responsive Windows 11 Pro environment when used for these kinds of routine workloads.

8GB of RAM is a useful amount for typical multitasking. It gives space to keep a web browser, office applications and communication tools open together, rather than treating the laptop as a single-task device. The 256GB storage provides local space for Windows, applications, coursework, documents, photos and other essential files. Storage needs vary, so buyers with large photo, video or game libraries may wish to plan for external or cloud storage.

The 14-inch Full HD display balances a compact laptop footprint with a clear 1920 x 1080 workspace. This resolution is particularly helpful for reading text, working with more than one window and watching HD video. Intel HD 620 Graphics is designed for normal desktop visuals, video playback and lighter graphical tasks, making this laptop best matched to everyday computing rather than demanding 3D creation or graphics-intensive modern games.

What It Is Good For

This specification is well suited to practical everyday use, including:

Writing assignments, reports and letters
Browsing the web, online banking and email
Remote learning and web-based research
Video calls and online meetings
Spreadsheets, presentations and document management
Streaming video and listening to music
Managing household, community or personal administration

Suitable Games:

Intel HD 620 is integrated graphics rather than a dedicated graphics card. It is best suited to lighter and older games at sensible settings, rather than graphics-intensive titles. Performance varies by game, settings and resolution.

Lighter games with modest graphical requirements
Older PC games that are designed for less demanding hardware
2D, strategy and indie games where graphical load is limited
