This laptop is fully working and has been tested and prepared by our workshop team.
There are a few scratches and scuffs present from normal use. The keyboard and trackpad show signs of wear from previous ownership.
 
The trackpad is functional but is not as smooth in operation as we would like. To ensure the best user experience, a USB mouse is included with the laptop.
 
The UP arrow key has previously been repaired and feels slightly loose because part of the original key mechanism is missing. Despite this, the key remains functional for everyday use.
 
Battery health is currently approximately 83%, providing good battery performance for a used business laptop.
